    I Got Rhythm(发现节奏)

I Got Rhythm

George and Ira Gershwin

Days can be sunny
With never a sigh,
Don't need what money
Can buy.
Birds in the tree sing
Their dayful of song.
Why shouldn't we sing
Along?
I'm chipper al the day,
Happy with my lot.
How did I get that way?
Look at what I've got.

I got rhythm,
I got music,
I got my man --
Who could ask for anything more?
I got daisies
In green pastures,
I got my man --
Who could ask for anything more?
I got daisies
In green pastures,
I got my man --
Who could ask for anything more?
Old man trouble,
I don't mind him --
You won't find him
'Round my door
I got starlight,
I got sweet dreams,
I got my man --
Who could ask for anything more --
Who could ask for anything more?!

 The Way We Were(我们的路)

The way we were《往日情怀》是同名电影由巴巴拉史翠姗(Barbara Streisand)主演 ,歌曲也是她原唱。

The Way We Were

Marvin Hamlisch, Alan & Marilyn Bergman

Memories light the corner of my mind.
Misty water color memories
Of the way we were.

Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind,
Smiles we gave to one another
For the way we were.

Can it be that it was all so simple then,
Or has time rewritten every line?
If we had the chance to do it all again,
Tell me? would we? could we?
Memories may be beautiful and yet,
What's too painful to remember
We simply choose to forget.
So it's the laughter
We will remember,
Whenever we remember
The way we were;
The way we were.

Stardust(星尘)

Stardust

Hoagy Carmichael, Mitchell Parish

And now the purple dusk of twilight time
Steals across the meadows of my heart
High up in the sky the little stars climb
Always reminding me that we're apart
You wander down the lane and far away
Leaving me a song that will not die
Love is now the stardust
Of yesterday
The music
Of the years
Gone by

Sometimes I wonder why I spend
The lonely nights
Dreaming of a song.
The melody haunts my reverie
And I am once again with you.
When our love was new, and each kiss an inspiration.
But that was long ago, and now my consolation
Is in the stardust of a song.
Beside the garden wall, when stars are bright
You are in my arms
The nightingale tells his fairy tale
Of paradise where roses grew.
Though I dream in vain, in my heart you will remain
My stardust melody
The memory of love's refrain.

I Could Have Danced All Night(我跳了一夜舞)

《I Could Have Danced All Night》 选自1964年由百老汇剧改编的影片《My Fair Lady》(窈窕淑女),由Frederick Loewe作曲, Alan Jay Lerner作词,发表于1956年。

I Could Have Danced All Night

Frederick Loewe, Alan Jay Lerner

Eliza Bed! Bed! I couldn't go to bed!
My head's too light to try to set it down! Sleep! Sleep!
I couldn't sleep tonight.
Not for all the jewels in the crown!
I could have danced all night!
I could have danced all night!
And still have begged for more.
I could have spread my wings
And done a thousand things I've never done before.
I'll never know What made it so exciting;
Why all at once My heart took flight. I only know when he
Began to dance with me I could have danced,
danced, danced all night!
Servant 1 It's after three now.
Servant 2 Don't you agree now,
She ought to be in bed.
Eliza I could have danced all night!
I could have danced all night!
And still have begged for more.
I could have spread my wings
And done a thousand things I've never done before.
I'll never know What made it so exciting.
Why all at once my heart took flight.
I only know when he
Began to dance with me.
I could have danced, danced danced all night!
Mrs. Pearce I understand, dear.
It's all been grand, dear.
But now it's time to sleep.
Eliza I could have danced all night,
I could have danced all night.
And still have begged for more.
I could have spread my wings,
And done a thousand things I've never done before.
I'll never know What made it so exciting.
Why all at once my heart took flight. I only know when he
Began to dance with me I could have danced, danced,
danced All night!

That Old Black Magic(古老的黑魔法)

That Old Black Magic

Harold Arlen, Johnny Mercer

That old black magic has me in its spell
That old black magic that you weave so well
Icy fingers up and down my spine
The same old witchcraft when your eyes meet mine

The same old tingle that I feel inside
When that elevator starts its ride
Down and down I go, round and round I go
Like a leaf that's caught in the tide

I should stay away but what can I do
I hear your name, and I'm aflame
Aflame with such a burning desire
That only your kiss can put out the fire

You are the lover that I've waited for
The mate that fate had me created for
And every time your lips meet mine

Baby down and down I go, all around I go
In a spin, loving the spin that I'm in
Under that old black magic called love
