Imola again after 13 years

| I wrote an article in January 2005 (See
here)about an Italy city Imola, I never thought that I came the
city again in April 2006 and it is after 13 years! But I was more
50 years old and for business before 13 years, Now I have retired
and I am a visitor for accompany my wife in this time. |
| It is a desire for long time in my heart.
I gone to France, Danmark, Holland, Italy.... in the seventies to
nineties of last century and left a deep impression. I hope my family,
especially my wife have also a look there. But My salary only is 71.5
Yuan RMB for month in that time. The flight ticket for Paris is about
7000 Franc, as exchange rate at that time (1:0.4), it is equal to
2800 Yuan RMB, so, this desire is only a dream! |
| 30 years have past! China is speedy
developing and becoming prosperous and strong. The ticket is still
about that price as RMB ( It is said that the round-trip ticket from
Beijing to Paris is only 4000 Yuan RMB in some time), but my retired
pay has reached more 2000 Yuan RMB for month. The traveling expense
of west Europe for every person is about 14,000 RMB. So, after poor
and humiliation for hundreds years, Chinese ought to have a pleasure
at present. On April 12, 2006, At last we and a few old colleagues
started 4 countries (France, Monaco, Italy, Vatican) trip for 10 days. |

Our programme is packed. After France and Monaco,
we enter Italy along the Gulf Genova, From Milano, Venezia, Bologna,
Firenze to Roma, Napoli, Pompeii. April 16, after visiting Venezia
and have a dinner, we riding to go to Bologna for stay and visit.
The guide tell us that we will stay in Imola tonight. Ah, Imola,
my long friend! I little dreamt of seeing you in this time having
a chance after 13 years!

| The news made me very exciting. But we
arrived there very late, it is more ten o'clock evening. We stay in
Olimpia-Best Western hotel. It is a four star hotel, it seems in suburbs
of Imola, I ask the server of the desk, he confirm this point. It
is a few Kilometer distant from Imola. I ask about the Imola F1 circle
, he said it is in nearby. The time has been late, I have to go to
bed with a bit of disappointing. |
| The second day, I get up early, and go
to the outside of the hotel. The air is very fresh and has a little
cool, look around vicinity, it is a wild profusion of vegetation,
but I cannot see the Imola city and its F1 circle. The cars short
past in the driveway front the door of the hotel, I think they maybe
work family for start work. A number of persons ridded bicycle hurry
away, they are exercising, I really hope to ride a few rounds with
them together. |
| A little while, the guide ask us to breakfast
for start off. I take a short video for memory. |

| After back home, I seek the Olimpia-Best
Western hotel in the network and found it. It is very interest I found
the hotel and other hotel I once stayed in 1993--"ZIO" hotel,
they are together in the web page. But it is unlucky for me, they
geographical position is separate. One is in East side of the Imola,
other one is West side. |

13 years past! China and world took place big change.
I have Two point intensive experience: One is worldwide repercussions
for Chinese strong. Many friendly European is not only to know "Japanese",
now they will friendly ask you "Chinese"!? There are Chinese
edition introduce in many tourist spot. There are Chinese server
in many department store. Chinese have got a feeling of exaltation
upon fulfillment. Other one is that, the difference between town
and country and the rich and the poor is small and thare is big
middle class in these countries after development for long term.
People's mood is rather steady, the socially contradiction was relaxed.
Their some experience are worth studying. I hope our motherland
will pay attention to these experience for establishing a more rich
and harmonious society.
