| It was ready for manufacture
the Lebkuchen at October 2006, but I am busy for the web site' update,
so it is delayed. But an interesting thing took place at November
2006, at an accidental chance, I found the Lebkuchen in Nanjing (My
hometown, it is in west side of Shanghai, at a distant of 300 KM).
This is a food store for special import food, its name is "IVY
food store"(Telephone 86-25-84270690. Fax 86-25-84863115), I
found the "Fine gingerbread(Lebkuchen) cookies on waters"
manufactured by German Schmidt (Below) |

I dialed the telephone again, a lady tell me that they have imported
the goods for half year, they set a special counter for them in

Today,I have finally bought
the Christmas Lebkuchen in the tradition !!!(exciting)
今天,终于买到传说中的圣诞姜饼了!!!(激动ing)
过去老是看到很漂亮的姜饼屋，非常贵，所以很想尝尝姜饼到底是个啥味道。
无意间看了breadtalk的广告，有小块的姜饼卖，特地跑去预定的。25元只有50g饼干（居然要250元一斤，天啊，难道饼干里面有金子？），我估计大部分钱都花在那个外包装上了。外面的盒子是玻璃的，包装的还挺用心。
美滋滋的把饼干抱回家，打开来请全家品尝。一口咬下去，就把全家都给征服了！
从来没吃到过那么硬的饼干！！！我一口咬下去居然还咬不动，用力咬了一块下来，在嘴里嚼半天才嚼碎。而且这饼干一股中药味，而且还回味持久，一晚上嘴里都是那股怪味，全家人都对这饼干留下深刻印象！
上网一查，这玩意是用什么姜粉，肉桂粉，豆蔻粉做的，把那么多香料混在一起，我应该早就想到会有浓烈的味道，唉，失败，失败啊~~~~~~
唯一的收获，那个盒子还是不错的，留着放放东西，很别致。

also is a suggestion proposed by me before 3 years for Lebkuchen-Schmidt
Co. I have replied for Mr. Yan Dosen ( Only Chinese, see
this page). I propose four opinion for they open up the Chinese
market speedily. I hope the delicious foods will be tasted and enjoyed,
